Kenyan trades Akothee for Yemi Alade and it’s hillarious
A rare appeal by a Kenyan to Nigerians has excited the Facebook community.
Kaberia Murithi Mark, in a post, had requested Nigerians to trade-in their songstress Yemi Alade for Kenya’s Akothee.
A screenshot of the humourous post has been widely shared on social media, with Kenyans suggesting other trade-ins.
A user commented; “Akothee is good and hard working. Wachukue Size 8. so the she can translate “Tiga wana wee” to igwee.”
Another added; “Achaneni na Akothee…. Acha waende na Jimmy gait, na ule dame ameimbia probox.”
Another user recommended; “Akothe yuko tu sawa let’s give Willy Paul as burnt offerings ??”
Others had a better way to bring Yemi Alade to Kenya without trading any of the artistes.
“Nyashinski atuletee yemi alade, their chemistry at coke studio was soo real!”
Another user stated, “Please please naija…take Willy Paul for free and give us Wizkid…we can also negotiate to add size 8 and jimmy gait if you want.”
