Why Kenyans are bashing their governors on social media
Kenyans on twitter spent the better part of Wednesday on social media lamenting on their County bosses’ shortcomings.
The hashtag #TheseGovernors was number two trending on twitter as netizens put Governors on the spotlight for failure of fulfilling the promises they made before being elected.
In addition, they vented on how some of them have become looters of public funds and only care about their own welfare and not that of the voter.
Ferdinand Waititu paid for a dairy cattle benchmarking trip to Rwanda only for MCAs to learn that Rwandese farmers import their heifers from Kiambu county.
Wapi makofi ya Waititu jameni.
