This is what Kenyans told Uhuru after he threatened chiefs
Kenyans online expressed varied reactions after President Uhuru Kenyatta threatened chiefs who are campaigning for the opposition.
The president threatened to punish Makueni chiefs working with Nasa claiming that their motorcycles and the perks they draw are Jubilee properties.
The statement did not go down well with some online users who said the chiefs, just like cabinet secretaries should not be campaigning.

Others stated that the motorbikes and perks quoted by the President were government properties and not Jubilee’s as stated.
Some users however said the president was misquoted as he only warned chiefs against campaigning with state resources.
They are GOVERNMENT properties Bwana Rais. Not Jubilee. Bought using taxpayers money.

The chiefs draw their salaries, allowances and any other benefits from taxes paid by all Kenyans irrespective of their party

@UKenyatta never could draw the line between whatever political party he belonged to and the State of Kenya. Pathetic.
