I have no plans of killing Alai, says Raila Junior
Raila Odinga Junior has laughed off claims that he is planning to harm controversial blogger Robert Alai.
Junior, the son of National Super Alliance (Nasa) presidential candidate, Raila Odinga, said so while responding to Mr Alai’s claims.
Mr Alai made the claims on Wednesday on his Facebook page saying that the younger Odinga has hired people to cause harm on him.
But while speaking exclusively to Nairobi News, Junior termed the allegations as shocking and advised Mr Alai to report the matter to the police.
SHOCKING
“I have not sent goons to harm anyone. These allegations are shocking. I don’t know where he got the allegations from. I don’t follow his posts on Facebook,” Junior said.
“He (Alai) is not my friend. I have only met him twice. He should go to the police and report,” he added.
Having build his name as a fearless and consistent critic of the government, Mr Alai has lately turned into a state loyalist and a fierce critic of Nasa leader Raila Odinga.
