KOT defend war on graft with #MtuWetuNonsense hashtag

Kenyans on Twitter have defended the ongoing purge on corruption in government by slamming politicians who claim their communities are being targeted.

The anti-graft campaign has seen big names in Kenyan Pipeline Company, National Health Insurance Fund and the National Cereals and Produce Board being arraigned in court to face corruption related charges.

On Tuesday, using the hastag #MtuWetuNonsense hashtag, tweeps fished out video clips of politicians who have claimed that investigating and prosecuting agencies are being used as a weapon in succession politics.

Nandi Senator Samson Cherargei was the biggest recipient of the criticism, with many terming him an enemy of the war on corruption.
