LGBTQ celebrities who claim they were ‘cheated’ on by their ex-partners

When you would think relationships are easier with people of the same gender, celebrities proves us wrong every time. The queer community however is growing day by day. More people are coming out as gay without necessarily giving a damn on whatever stereotypes their sexual orientation evoke. All hail to TikTok.

The bottom line is some have decided to accept themselves for who they really are, while others are struggling to get to understand themselves. Either way, whether straight or gay, most have been played by their partners.

Jackton Odhiambo – Not many Kenyans knew much about Jackton, until he was recently arrested in connection with the gruesome murder of LGBTQ activist and model Edwin Chiloba, who is said to have been his boyfriend. Following his arrest, he reported to admitted to murdering the deceased because the latter had cheated on him with another male lover who is also linked to the case.

Michelle Ntalami – Last year Marini Naturals CEO confirmed that she had long ended her love affair with an unnamed cheating female ex-partner whom she cryptically referred to as ‘they/them.’ In a long three-part post on social media, Ntalami cited serial infidelity with multiple women for close to a year as the main reason behind their breakup. Michelle was publicly known to have been dating media personality Makena Njeri until their social media postings together started to dissipate earlier this year.

Noti Flow – The rapper claims she chose to join the LGBTQ community after she was mistreated by men. Since then, Noti Flow has been in an on and off relationship with her girlfriend King Alami. The rapper broke things off with King Alami after she discovered that she was cheating as an escort. The two are a definition of a toxic relationship. Their toxic relationship escalated to a point where Alami almost committed suicide because of the breakup. Weeks later in a video, Alami acknowledged that she messed up and hurt Noti Flow as she pleaded for another chance for them to be together.

Brendah Jons – Early 2021, YouTuber Brendah Jons came out in a video that captured her kissing another woman live on her Instagram account. Later on, Jons said although at the time the video was shot she was under the influence, she was indeed a member of the LGBTQ community. She also accused her girlfriend at the time, Phy Lamar, of cheating on her with famous makeup artiste PhoinaBeauty. She further accused Phy Lamar of using her to gain followers.
