Making accessing CBD expensive good move
I fully embrace the idea that for the city centre to be decongested, driving into the CBD must be made so expensive that most motorists would think twice before jumping into their cars.
As Kenya becomes a middle class economy, more people will buy cars and it is crucial that their use is discouraged in favour of a well coordinated public transport system.
Similarly, the idea to create secondary business districts is commendable.
