Matatu crews should mind their language
Matatu and bus crews should try as much as they can to make their passengers comfortable.
The use of foul language has not reduced but only created another problem that passengers are usually reluctant to expose. City Shuttle and Embassava buses are some of the cleanest.
Problem with their crew is that they think every passenger is comfortable with their mother tongue use. It wouldn’t do any harm if the crew spoke Swahili.
