Meet Mwai Kibaki’s grandson Sean Andrew’s new girlfriend, Ashli
Sean Andrew, the famous grandson of the late retired President Mwai Kibaki, has found love.
Sean has shared photos with his new mystery girlfriend, Ashli Knöchel, showing off their blossoming relationship.
Sean is currently in Egypt with his new partner, capturing moments from their trip together.
In one of the photos shared, Sean expressed his affection:
“Ash, six moons have passed, and our bond grows stronger, weaving a tapestry of passion and devotion. Always looking towards endless tomorrows where our love blossoms like the sweetest flower, forever in bloom. Love, Sean”.
Who is Sean Andrew’s new girlfriend?
Her real name is Ashli Knöchel and she is originally from Atlantic Highlands, New Jersey, but has been living in Kenya since 2019.
“Four years ago when I moved to Kenya I could not have imagined that I would be here today having built such an incredibly talented, passionate, and resilient ABA team. The past few weeks have been filled with change and transformation for me. These humans showed up for me in the most perfect way, at the most perfect time. I am beyond grateful for them. Blessings on blessings on blessings,” she wrote in one of her social media posts.
She has a PhD in Applied Behavioural Analysis from the Chicago School.
Through her social media presence, Ashli is also a passionate advocate for autism awareness and acceptance.
According to her social media, she has been in a relationship with Kenyan model Sean since January 2023.
In a recent post from Egypt, where she’s currently exploring with Sean, Ashli admires Sean’s free-spirited nature and reflects:
“Find love with someone who loves your free spirit. Someone who has no intention of restricting your wild side, but someone who wants to unleash it and run with you”.
As Sean celebrates his 30th birthday this year, he takes a moment to reflect on his journey, his aspirations and his plans for the future.
In an earlier exclusive interview with Nairobi News, the soft-spoken model shared insights into various aspects of his life, including his career, personal growth and his vision for a future wedding.
Sean expressed a sense of maturity and confidence as he entered this new decade of his life.
Reflecting on his twenties, he also revealed some of the goals he had hoped to achieve during that time.
“I probably wanted to own a few more houses, a bigger farm, so I could retire in five years’ time. Probably get married, which I don’t think is going to happen any time soon, but we’re hopeful. I am not dating at the moment. I am not looking but I am open,” he said.
Initially, Sean said he got women from dating sites, which he says he has since stopped using.
He revealed the reason why he stopped using dating sites, saying the conversations were great but ended on the apps.
“I left all the dating sites. They were all rubbish. It’s all conversation that never leaves the app. You’re not meeting the person, so why are you having a nice conversation?” he asked.
“We should communicate in person and not be locked into these electronic devices. You have to meet the person, talk face to face, and I don’t think that happens with these applications,” he said.
Sean also admitted that peer pressure played a role in his decision to try dating apps, but ultimately found them unfulfilling.
