The mouth is for eating, not oral sex; Museveni reminds Ugandans – VIDEO
President Yoweri Museveni has warned Ugandans against the practice of oral sex, because the mouth is for eating, not for sex.
The president has issued a public warning condemning such sexual practices, which he said were brought in by ‘outsiders’.
“Let me take this opportunity to warn our people publicly about the wrong practices indulged in and promoted by some of the outsiders. One of them is what they call oral sex. The mouth is for eating, not for sex,”Museveni said in a televised press conference.

His remarks comes just days after a senior staff at Makerere University was exposed for allegedly forcefully having oral sex with a Kenyan female student in his office.
The university has since suspended, the staff member – identified as Edward Kisuze – who is a senior administrative assistant in the Academic Registrar’s Department.

The university said Kisuze had been suspended from university service on half pay with immediate effect to allow a smooth investigation into allegations that he sexually harassed the student on Tuesday at his office at Senate Building.
The incident came to light after the student shared selfies she took while Kisuze was performing the act.
The student said the man kissed her private parts forcefully and in order for her to get evidence, she took a selfie as there were no cameras in the room.
It is reported that the student made a statement at a Police Station in which she said she was sexually harassed by a man in Room 507.
Meanwhile, Museveni’s warning about oral sex is not an isolated case of his government’s crackdown on unconventional sexual practices.
Back in 2014, Museveni signed the Anti-Homosexuality Act, that outlawed homosexuality in the country.
