Museveni’s son birthday guests in plane accident
Twenty women were involved in an accident on Wednesday while en route to attending President Yoweri Museveni son’s birthday bash.
The Daily Monitor reports the women were among 60 people abroad a RwandAir flight 464 from Nairobi to Entebbe airport when the accident occurred at about 5:31pm. The flight was heading to Entebbe to Kigali via Nairobi.
Museveni’s son, namely Muhoozi Kainerugaba is set to celebrate his 48th birthday on April 24.
He has invited several people to the bash and set up a committee to organise the event and set up a committee led by Michael Toyota Kaguta with Jackie Namuyonga as the secretary.
Attendance will be strictly by invite.
The bash is slated for April 23, 2022, at the Lugogo Cricket Oval in Kampala.
Star musicians Jose Chameleon, Bebe Cool will be among those in attendance.
Rwanda’s president Paul Kagame is also tipped to attend.
“I am very happy to announce that my uncle, the very great Commander, President and Leader of Rwanda will be attending my birthday celebration. Ruhanga asiimwe! Inkotanyi cyane indeed!!”
President Kagame has also sent in cows which he was elated about.
“Glad to announce that Rwanda’s greatest artist, Massamba Intore, will perform at my birthday. Can’t wait to dance to my favourite tune ‘Inkotanyi cyane,” he added on the artists set to perform on his big day.
