Former head of civil service Francis Muthaura has a new job. Amb Muthaura was on Friday appointed the chairman of the Kenya Revenue Authority (KRA) by President Uhuru Kenyatta.

“IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 7 (3) of the State Corporations Act and section 6 (2) (a) of the Kenya Revenue Authority Act, I, Uhuru Kenyatta, President and Commander-in-Chief of the Kenya Defence Forces appoint— FRANCIS K. MUTHAURA (AMB.) to be the Chairperson of the Kenya Revenue Authority, up to 20th October, 2019,” said President Kenyatta in a Kenya Gazette.
