Governor Mutua excites Uhuru with borderline statement on ‘kuomba kitu’ – VIDEO
Machakos Governor Alfred Mutua has excited social media – and President Uhuru Kenyatta – with his borderline statement on “kuomba kitu”.
The governor was part of a delegation from Ukambani region that visited State House, Nairobi and endorsed President Kenyatta for the October 17 presidential election.
But Dr Mutua excited the audience when he went on about how one should ask for something.
At some point, he left the president in stitches when he heaped praise on his ability to ask for something.
“Rais tunasema kitu ni vile unaitisha. Na wengine wetu tunajua kuitisha. Hatunyimwi (laughter). Na kitu ni vile unaomba. Na hii kiti,” he said.
“Na hii kitu unajua kuomba sana nakujua. (Uhuru laughs, claps). Na hii kitu ya siasa ya urais. Utaomba na utapata. Na tutasimama na wewe kidete.”
The video has been widely circulated on social media.
