Nairobi a county of short-sighted leaders
We are a county of short-sighted leaders. I was shocked to read about Ruai County Rep Mbugua complaining that County Hall appeared reluctant to close Dandora dumpsite and dump city garbage in his area.
Has it escaped the Rep’s notice that in Dandora residents suffer from respiratory diseases and some cancers due to the toxins in the garbage? The site has been a curse to them. And he wants the same for his constituents?
