‘Nameless, no touring when the baby comes,’ Wahu tells hubby

Kenyan singer Wahu Kagwi has left her fans with something to laugh about after she shared a post tagging her husband, singer David Mathenge aka Nameless telling him that he will not be touring when she gives birth to their third child.

Wahu, via her Facebook account, shared webcam footage of a mother sleeping while her infant is playing around her seeming completely unbothered.

The soon-to-be mother of three captioned the video by saying that her husband will not be touring when their baby is born.

He has to be there for the late nights and everything surrounding a newborn’s schedule.

The caption read, “I’m laughing and crying at the same time, wueh! Nameless no touring when the baby comes!”

The couple announced they were expecting a child in June 2022 through a video in which they were dancing to their latest hit song ‘Deep’ alongside their two daughters. The announcement was way long overdue according to fans who were initially suspicious.

The announcement, however, attracted a myriad of blessings, well wishes, and congratulatory messages to the expecting couple.

Attached to the video was a caption by Wahu that read, “Deep by The M’Z – link in bio! Overjoyed, humbled, grateful, M-let loading.”

The song Deep is an Afro reggae tune that was produced by Cedo and written by Brandon Israel and it highlights the honeymoon stage of love.

It is the 6th single off the upcoming M’z Album which includes ‘This Love Ya Wahu’, ‘This Love Ya Nameless’, ‘Te Amo’, ‘Feeling’, and ‘Back it Up’.

Just a month ago, Nameless found himself in a position where he had to defend himself after several of his fans claimed that he was abandoning his family following his post on his social media pages that he was traveling to the US without his family.

The singer then shared a comment that read, “Late night flight…I am the only one leaving for America…will miss my gals though.”

He added; “Alafu, Sijahepa PG moods & cravings by the way…naenda kutafuta za diapers bana.

(Also, I have not run away from pregnancy mood and cravings by the way…I have left to go look for cash to buy diapers.)”
