New MP gets a taste of voters’ wrath on Twitter
A newly elected Woman Representative seems to have irritated her supporters after angling for retention of their old salaries even before officially assuming office.
Kiambu Woman Rep Gathoni Wa Muchomba got about a million votes in the elections, but 15 days after being elected, appeared at a political talk show on NTV to openly reject proposed pay cuts for MPs.
She would later continue the discussion on social media.
Asking for a payrise is not a crime considering i have heavily invested in human resource.

The tweets have put the former radio presenter in bad books with her supporters.
