Nigerian singer Mr. Eazi off the market
Nigerian singer Mr. Eazi is officially off the market after he got engaged to his girlfriend Temi Otedola.
The Afrobeats star and actress announced their betrothal at the weekend via a 38-second silent video on Instagram capturing the moment and captioned the joint Instagram post with a simple infinity emoji.
Mr. Eazi went down on one knee to seek Temi’s hand in marriage at a seashore.

The video ended with Temi accepting Mr Eazi’s proposal after which they kissed passionately. Mr Eazi’s marriage proposal has set the internet on fire, with many celebrities taking to the comment section of Temi’s post to celebrate them.
DJ Cuppy, Temi’s sister also retweeted the engagement clip congratulating the duo.
“Congratulations to my favourite couple on their engagement! 💍I’m so happy that my lil sister @TemiOtedola 👰🏽♀️ has found her personal person! Yo @MrEazi🤵🏾I’ve always wanted an older brother, WELCOME TO THE FAMILY!” she wrote.
The leg over hitmaker met Temi, an actress and daughter of a business mogul, five years ago while in London.
“I met Temi in London. It was during an event that her sister had invited me to. Her sister was playing at the event, somewhere in Knightsbridge and she said, oh come out come out, follow me to this event, so I followed her to the event and then she was deejaying and all of a sudden it was just me and Temi sitting down and just watching her,” he said.
While many may recognize her from her role as Moremi in the 2020 Netflix film ‘Citation’, which also marked her Nollywood debut, Temi is also the daughter of oil tycoon Femi Otedola.
