According to the NMG human resource department, the event was also intended to unify staff from all departments.

TEAM BUILDING

Human resource manager David Kiambi urged the staff to embrace the values and carry them into the future adding that it is the only way to ensure the company achieves its objectives.

During the team building exercise the staff were taken through each of the new values and were assisted to understand and contextualize each of them.
