No, Joho did not appoint Betty Kyallo’s brother in cabinet
KTN anchor Betty Kyallo and her elder brother Brian have dispelled rumours that they benefited from recent county executives appointments in Mombasa County.
Kahawatungu, a blog run by Robert Alai, had incorrectly identified the new minister for youth who is also the former Mombasa chief of staff as Betty’s brother.
The county executive Brian Munywoki Kyalo has no relations with Betty and Brian Kyallo.
Betty took to Twitter to write how bloggers will do anything including fake a story just to earn a living.
Only got one brother, Brian Kyallo? but I get it, the hustle to put food on the table is real; fake stories or nah #?? pic.twitter.com/2k4zEgqHXF

Her brother, Brian also responded to tweeps wishing that he would secure the said county job.
@GicheruGicheru I am innocent ? ? But I appreciate Alai's concern for Kambas and the perennial droughts ??? … Kusema ukweli sasa … Nipewe hiyo ministry. ?

Sijui my dear. I just think many folks are very idle. And who freaking takes social media seriously? Like its their 'real life' … Shit even affects them. Moods & feelings all over ??? Anyway, I wish ningepewa hiyo Ministry ? .

He went on to lash out at blogger Cyprian Nyakundi for what he called his “obsession with trashing media women especially my small sister.”
@C_NyaKundiH Brother man, what really is your beef & obsession with trashing media women. Especially my small sister … I am a filmmaker & Ford fellow, surely kazi ya maji nilipewa lini? ??? na nitaifanyaje? Is this bitterness coz you share a last name with Dennis? Poleni.
