No, KCA did not suspend student because of meeting Babu Owino

KCA University has denied reports that it suspended one of its student for meeting a student leader from another University whom the institution deems as an ‘enemy’.

In a statement signed by the institution’s Communication Manager Felgona Ochieng, the University stated that the said student, John Lucas Nyangaresi, does not exist in their records.

“KCA University has noted with lots of concern a malicious fake letter on alleged suspension of a John Lucas Nyangaresi.”

“The said student does not exist in our records, neither has such a person applied for registration in our University.”

“The admission number does not belong to the University nor follow the format of the University admission series,” read the statement in part.

KCA further stated that it stands for integrity and freedom of speech and association.

In a previous interview with Nairobi News, University of Nairobi student leader Babu Owino said that he is a friend of the said student.
