Nominated Senator Crystal Asige teases collabo with Samidoh

Nominated ODM Senator Crystal Asige has expressed her interest in collaborating with renowned Mugiithi artiste Samuel Muchoki, popularly known as Samidoh.

In a recent post on her social media platform, Senator Asige sought the opinions of netizens on the potential musical collaboration with Samidoh, teasing fans with the hashtag #BlindingAllure.

“Netizens, what do you reckon music with ⁦@SamSamido⁩ and I sound like? #BlindingAllure,” she wrote on X.

While Samidoh is yet to comment on the post, the prospect of a collaboration between the talented Senator and the celebrated Mugiithi artiste has garnered significant interest from fans eagerly awaiting new musical endeavours.

A fan identified as Edu Bazu Mukunga’s Son wrote: “Amazing mhesh, would like to hear your sweet voices blended together.”

Senator Asige, known for her impactful activism and creative pursuits, recently released her latest single and music video titled “Tattoo,” following the success of her critically acclaimed project, the “Blinding Allure mixtape,” in November 2023.

“Tattoo” delves into the pain of life’s struggles, urging listeners to transform their vulnerabilities into artistic expressions that narrate their unique stories.

Senator Asige describes the music video as a visual journey of embracing one’s scars and transcending the associated pain, reflecting her commitment to using art as a platform for social change and empowerment.
