Notorious brewer eludes police raid in Mukuru

A notorious illicit liquor brewer escaped a police raid on his den in Mukuru Lunga Lunga, on Monday after being alerted by informers.
However police impounded 1,000 litres of kangara, 40 litres of chang’aa and 100 kilogrammes of molasses.
The operation was led by Makadara assistant commissioner Jack Mbiso.
The suspect had put a security of 15 dogs in the compound.
