NTSA blacklists matatu filmed speeding on wrong side of the road
The matatu that was caught on tape driving on the wrong side has been blacklisted.
The National Transport and Safety Authority (NTSA) said the Runa Sacco matatu has been blacklisted and the authority is working with the police to have the crew arrested.

The authority was on Tuesday under fire as online users accused it of laxity calling for its action against the sacco.
Their statements elicited mixed reactions as some users called for action against the sacco as well.

The driver was recorded speeding on the wrong side of the busy Thika Superhighway as he frantically looked for an exit.
The driver seemed unperturbed by the risk he posed on oncoming motorists who were forced to swerve to other lanes to make way for him.
