NTSA roasted after its drivers are snapped breaking traffic laws – PHOTOS
Kenyans online have been trolling the National Transport and Safety Authority (NTSA) after its drivers were photographed breaking traffic laws that the agency ought to enforce.
Photos of several vehicles belonging to the authority either overtaking, overlapping or involved in road accidents have been complied to fuel the discussion online.
One Facebook user uploaded a series of the photos and urged the authority to ‘ban the Sacco with the green vehicles breaking the law’, a cheeky reference to NTSA’s green brand color.
The photos are a compilation of different instances when NTSA vehicles were caught on tape flouting traffic regulations.
According to the Traffic Act, the only vehicles allowed to overlap in case of heavy traffic are ambulances and police vehicles responding to emergencies.
In some of the damning NTSA photos, the drivers were captured overtaking dangerously in steep terrains.
