Officers hypocritical in brewers crackdown
The move by police bosses to swing into action and arrest several illicit brewers in the county after the deaths of several people smacks of hypocrisy.
It is well known that together with chiefs they take bribes from brewers to turn a blind eye to their crime.
We know that various past operations where they have poured gallons of the illegal brews were only sideshows meant to dupe us into believing they were not compromised. But the truth is that they are.
