Paint all school buses yellow, panel told
Education stakeholders want all school vehicles painted yellow for easy identification.
They told the parliamentary Committee on Transport this would also help catch those using vehicles for other activities.
Parents association boss Musau Ndunda called for restriction of hours the buses should run.
Committee member, Luanda MP Chris Omulele, wants frequent eye check-ups for drivers.
