Pastor Kanyari issues warning to churchgoers! Mlete sukari ama muende!

Controversial pastor Victor Kanyari, founder of Salvation and Healing Ministry, has stirred up a storm with a stern warning to his congregants.

In a recent viral video, Pastor Kanyari declared that he will no longer tolerate individuals attending his church empty-handed.

The charismatic preacher told the congregation that they must bring contributions in the form of money, sugar, tea leaves, or a cash offering of not less than Ksh 500.

According to Kanyari, failure to comply will result in expulsion from the church.

“If you are not going to be bringing sugar, tea leaves, and bringing Ksh 500 for me to eat, I will chase you. You will not stay here; you will go away. If I am your father, you can’t be coming to see me empty-handed. If I am your spiritual father, you are not supposed to come see me empty-handed. You will not stay in this church,” warned Pastor Kanyari in the viral video.

In another video circulating online, the controversial pastor is seen slapping a follower during a healing and deliverance session.

A woman, identifying herself as a house manager from Nairobi, sought prayer from Pastor Kanyari to find a new job.

However, the encounter took a violent turn.

The lady described her working conditions and how she was denied access to her ID card.

In response, Kanyari accused her of laziness, stating, “Wewe ni mvivu (You are lazy). I will pray for you so that you don’t become lazy and stop trying to leave that job. Stay there and work. Stop being afraid of work.”

After slapping her, Pastor Kanyari handed the lady Ksh 1,000 before delivering another slap, leading to chaos as she wrestled with two ushers before falling to the ground.
