Paternity case against city politician put off
A case filed by a woman who claims a Nairobi politician is the father of her child has been halted.
The High Court suspended the case pending hearing and determination of a suit filed by a businessman who claims to be the father of the child.
The court also directed the politician and the woman to respond to the businessman’s application within seven days.
