Talented actress Jackie Matubia has revealed the face of her beautiful one-year-old daughter.
In a heartfelt video on her YouTube channel, the proud mother introduced her daughter and revealed her name to the world.
Matubia’s second child is named Zendaya Nyambura and is the daughter of fellow actor Blessing Lung’aho.
The actress expressed her joy and love for her little one, pointing out that her daughter’s nickname is “Daya” and explaining that the name Zendaya means compassionate.
“Zendaya aka Daya and that’s why she’s called D. Daya means compassionate.”
To celebrate Zendaya’s first birthday, Matubia and her close friends, the Terence family, went on holiday to the coastal region.
The actress shared snippets of their time together, capturing precious moments of joy and love.
While Matubia openly shared her happiness with her fans, the baby’s father, Blessing Lung’aho, has remained silent about his daughter’s birthday.

Speculation about their relationship status has been rife over the past few months, with reports suggesting that the two have quietly separated and are no longer together.
However, neither Matubia nor Lung’aho have publicly addressed these rumours.
Fans of Blessing Lung’aho have taken note of his recent social media activity, questioning the status of their relationship.
In his latest post, which featured a TV ad he did with comedians Ofweneke and Diana Marua, one concerned fan asked why he hadn’t posted a birthday message for his child, suggesting it could be a publicity stunt.
Writing on Blessing’s post, debbyk_rn said, “Si you post hata mtoi happy birthday yawa. Hata kama ni clout.”
On 30 May, Jackie Matubia candidly told her followers that 2023 had been a challenging year for her.
While she did not go into specific details, her message hinted at personal struggles and difficult times she had experienced.
Jackie also assured her fans that when the time was right, she would provide the answers they were looking for.
