Police gun down suspected gangsters in Parklands
Police on Thursday evening gunned down two suspected thugs in Parklands, Nairobi and recovered an AK47 rifle loaded with eight rounds of ammunition.
The incident happened outside Mayfair Hotel in Parklands.
Gigiri OCPD Vitalis Otieno said the two who were driving on a white Toyota Premio were known highway robbers and were heading to a robbery mission when they were confronted by police. But instead of surrendering they shot at police officers.
