Police on the spot for failure to arrest city fraudsters

Police in Nairobi are on the spotlight for failing to apprehend a group of fraudsters operating in the city.

Members of the public have expressed their frustration at this development, claiming the fraudsters are normally released by the police moments after arrest, only to resume their criminal acts.
