Raila pays a visit to bereaved Oliech family in Nairobi

Opposition leader Raila Odinga has paid a visit and condoled with the family of the late Mary Auma, mother to former Harambee Stars captain Dennis Oliech.

Mr Odinga was accompanied to the Oliechs’ business premises in Nairobi by his close friend and Suna East lawmaker Junet Mohamed.

The ODM leader is not only a former footballer and ardent fan of the game, but also is a confessed admirer of Oliech’s talents on the football pitch.

Besides Odinga, other distinguished personalities who have visited the bereaved family include Kenya international McDonald Mariga, ex-Harambee Stars goalkeeper Ken Kenyatta and renowned DJ Kris Darling, who is a relative of the family.
