The company advised its customers in the affected area to access their services from the Village Market Retail Centre or any of their outlets that is near them.
They further urged its customers to utilize its Zuri Chatbot, Safaricom website, MySafaricom App and its interactive Voice Biometric Systems that remain available.

Alternatively, one can still reach Safaricom via their customer care lines 100 for prepaid customers and 200 for post-paid customers which are still available.
The shop was opened in 2017 after the launch of Two Rivers to cater for the mall clients and those of the catchment areas in Ruaka, Redhill, Kabuku, and Limuru, as well as reduce the heavy footfall experienced in the Village Market Shop.
The ultramodern retail shop offered services including customer services, M-Pesa, SIM registration, SIM swaps and electronic devices.
The increased vacant spaces in malls are pushing property developers and landlords to jump into revenue-sharing models with tenants to counter the low uptake of space.
