Action in the exciting Sakaja Cup football tournament enters week two on the Mashujaa Day weekend, with 81 matches lined up across Nairobi.
As a result, football fanatics are certain to look forward to thrilling action at different sports fields across Nairobi.
In Kibra, Shofco will play Kibera Golden at Toi primary as Kisumu Ndogo FC clash with Katwekera United on Sunday.
And Jericho All-Stars straight from their 2-0 opening victory versus neighbours Hakati Sports in their Makadara derby, will play Michezo Halisi Kenya away at the Makongeni grounds as Elite Sports FC face Makadara Youth FC later on the same grounds.
In other fixtures, Pumwani Sports Club will host Yatch 009 FC at Shauri Moyo grounds in a Kamukunji Sub County game as Eastleigh South United plays Kinyago United.
In Ruaraka, Ruaraka Sports FC will entertain Titans fc at Baba Dogo grounds as fans get treated to four matches with Babadogo Babes FC playing Mathare Flames while Lucky Summer Warriors FC will host Korogocho Legends fc at the same venue.
Babadogo United FC will be up against Mathare North United.
In Westlands Sub County, Kitisuru Stars FC will host Royal FC at Githogoro grounds as Uthiru Vision FC entertains Leeds United FC at Kihumbuini grounds in Kangemi.
Makombora Bulls FC have a date with Riruta 105 FC at Riruta stadium while Uthiru dreamers FC will play host to Dagoretti Santos FC at the NC grounds in Dagoretti.
Kabiro Youth FC will, meanwhile be playing Saints FC at Kawangware Primary School grounds as FIFA Best FC entertains Ikulu FC Gatina Primary School in among the encounters in Dagoretti North.
All 17 sub-counties will have a total of eight matches on the cards during the two days of action-packed football action as the group stages of the Sakaja Super Cup tournament begin to take shape.
The Sakaja Super Cup kicked off with action bringing light to Nairobi grounds as teams battle it out for their chance to advance in group stages. Winners of the tournament sponsored by the Sakaja Foundation in partnership with the Nairobi City County government and the Football Kenya Federation are guaranteed millions of shillings in prize money.
The tournament is aimed at exposing the grassroots talents in Nairobi towards achieving the capacity with hundreds of hawk-eyed scouts attached to Football Kenya Federation (FKF) Premier League and National Super League clubs expected to grace the games.
