Sauti Sol hanging with President Obama at White House
Well, it’s quite literally: the high-flying Kenyan boy band is hanging with US President Barack Obama at White House!
Sauti Sol announced Monday that a picture of them famously dancing with President Obama during his state banquet hosted by President Uhuru Kenyatta at State House, Nairobi, had been hanged in West Wing right near the Oval Office.
“Dreams do come true. A picture of us dancing with @POTUS has been placed in the @WhiteHouse in the West Wing right near the Oval Office!” tweeted Sauti Sol.
However, the group did not post any pictorial evidence to support their claims.
A search through all social media accounts related to White House did not yield any fruits.
This caused some of their fans to receive the news with a pinch of salt, albeit congratulating them.
A Twitter user (@JoeGbush) said: “@sautisol @potus @whitehouse Twitpic ama mdelete ii upusi.”
Meanwhile, the group has asked it fans to help secure a collabo with American singer John Legend by trending the hashtag #johnlegendforisabellaremix.
It’s assumed that the American may have wanted to test their popularity by giving this as a condition.
