Stripping case against Githurai bus crew put on hold
Proceedings in a case in which a bus crew is accused of stripping and sexually assaulting a female commuter in Nairobi has been temporarily halted.
This is after an appeal against a ruling that allowed the prosecution to start the hearing afresh upon the arrest of third suspect Edward Ndung’u Kamau, who has since been charged.
The case will be mentioned on March 26.
