Vlogger Sharon Mundia aka This is Ess has in her latest YouTube video narrated her delivery story.
Mundia, whose proposal and all-white beach wedding broke the internet told, the story of delivering her first born daughter Aria to her subscribers in an over 20 minute video.
She featured her daughter’s actual cry after delivery in the video provoking numerous comments from fans.
In her video, Mundia detailed her painful normal delivery literally painting a real life video in the minds of viewers.

She started with how she had insisted on having a painless delivery until the hospital she had booked advised against her getting an epidural.
Mundia then registered for Lamaze classes to help her go through labour when it was time to deliver.
She was however in denial when her contractions started signaling delivery time to the extent that it was her mother and doctor who insisted that she checks into the hospital five hours before she delivered.
In her detailed video she describes how the pain made her realize how much her body could take and transformed her lifestyle and health choices.
