Three-year old crushed to death after alighting from school bus
A three-year-old boy was crushed to death in a heart-breaking accident in Embakasi, Nairobi Monday afternoon by a school bus that had just dropped him home from school.
Nyayo Estate Resdidents Association official Robert Alai told Nairobi News that the child, who schools at Good Testimony School in Embakasi, died when the driver of the bus reversed immediately after the boy had disembarked, crushing him to death.
The accident happened at 1pm.
Embakasi police station commander (OCS) Victor Nyongesa said the body was taken to Chiromo Mortuary and referred Nairobi News to the traffic department.
Calls to the Good Testimony School by Nairobi News went unanswered.
