The Trend co-host Anita Nderu says ‘I do’
Media personality Anita Nderu is officially off the market after saying “I do” in a colourful traditional wedding.
The bride looked radiant in an African-designed gown as she embraced her husband.
“Everything about you makes my heart melt with happiness❤ I wanted to cherish my human and keep him to myself for as long as I could? since the cat is out of the bag now, at least spell his name right? He is Mr. Barrett Rafter,” wrote Anita on Instagram.
A source close to the bride told Nairobi News the couple will soon celebrate their white wedding.
The Trend co-presenter first shared pictures of her Mzungu bae in February while celebrating her 31st birthday.
However, she immediately deleted the photo and went on to upload another picture with her friends who attended her birthday bash.
In 2020 she made headlines regarding her sexuality after launching a gay-themed cook-off online show titled “The overdressed cook”.
She received criticism from her fans due to the explicit content aired on the show.
Nderu however defended herself saying that she will not accept to live her life defined by what other people think.
