Tusker close in on four signings

Tusker are on the verge of securing the services of three Kenya internationals and a Ugandan to bolster their squad ahead of the 2015 league season.

According to reports from the team’s base training base at Ruaraka, the former champions have agreed deals with James Situma, Patrick Oboya, Noah Wafula and Francis Olaki.

“The deals are yet to be finalized but everything should go through before the end of this week,” a source privy to matters within the club’s hierarchy told Nairobi News.

Situma and Wafula are set to cross over from AFC Leopards, after requesting to be released from their contracts following a contractual row, with the former lined up to replace midfield enforcer Khalid Aucho.

Oboya will be making a return to Tusker after stints in the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Vietnam and most recently with reigning Kenyan Premier League champions Gor Mahia.

Ugandan Olaki in the meantime is searching for a club, two months after being released by Albanian club FK Tirana.
