Former Kenya Power secretary arraigned over missing documents in corruption case.
Meso, John Ombui and Ruth Oyile were in court over the loss of original tender documents that were used to procure faulty transformers worth Ksh408 million.
The three are alleged to have committed the offense between May 4, 2015 and June 12, 2018 at Stima Plaza in Nairobi.
