Vinnie Banton is now a DJ
Vinnie Banton is one of Kenya’s pioneer ragga musicians.
In early 2000, he, together with Mr Googz, rocked the music scene with hits such as Wasee wa Githurai. However, that is no more as Vinnie, is now a DJ.
He has been playing in different gigs within Nairobi.
“It’s always good to try different things and that is why I am now a DJ,” he said, adding that he hadn’t quit singing yet.
