Owen, an award-winning gospel star, and Charlene have been associated with numerous charitable events, fueling speculations about a closer connection.

The private event, held in Eshifiru village in Kakamega county, was attended by Charlene Chelagat Ruto, who was escorted by a significant security contingent.

The ceremony marked a significant moment for Daddy Owen, who lost his father in 2017.

The artist and Charlene were seen enjoying the cultural festivities, with Charlene donning a red dress and dancing to Luhya songs surrounded by women, while Daddy Owen sported a brown and black designer shirt with a black hat.
