Machakos Governor Alfred Mutua has opened up on why he’s yet to delete Lillian Nganga’s photos from his social media platforms.
The high-ranking politician and Nganga were in a romantic relationship for close to a decade but decided to go separate ways in August of 2021.
However, unlike many ex-couples, the two are yet to delete their pictures together from their social media.
“God brings people to your life for whatever period He chooses and you have to celebrate the time you spend with those people,” explained Mutua.
“Regardless of any bad outcome or falling out, usually, if you spend time with anybody, as a friend, as a lover, as a family, remember the good times are better than the bad times. You don’t just wash away the good times, you celebrate the good times and the position God has given you and then you move on to what God will give you next,” said Mutua in an interview with Nairobi News.
However, the two not deleting each other’s pictures from their socials does not come as a surprise.
Just a week after the breakup his estranged wife showed up at his 51st birthday party.
The two have however been involved in public spats with Nganga, who’s since moved on and married musician Julius Owino alias Juliani, accusing his ex. of being a bully and attempting to take away her property.
