Nakumatt Holdings, the anchor tenant at Westgate shopping mall, has announced plans to resume operations at the shopping complex by the end of next week.
The opening of Nakumatt Westgate will also coincide with the shopping mall’s official reopening, with other key tenants such as ArtCaffé, Ashleys Beauty Centre also set to resume operations.
Due, to internal adjustments on the main mall building, Nakumatt Westgate will now cover over 80,000 square feet on multiple floors.
The shopping mall was the scene of a bloody attack by Al-Shabaab militants in September, 2013, in which at least 67 people were killed.
