Who among these 14 applicants will be the next Chief Justice?
The full list of applicants for the vacant position of the Chief Justice has been publicized. Also publicized are the names of applicants for the Deputy Chief Justice’s position and one vacant position for a Supreme Court Judge.
The three positions fell vacant last month following the retirements of former Chief Justice Dr Willy Mutunga, his deputy, Justice Kalpana Rawal and Supreme Court Judge Justice Philip Tunoi.
