Gospel singer Jimmy Gait recently delved into his marital status, shedding light on why he remains single despite his growing age.
In an interview with YouTuber Lynn Ngugi, the “Muhadhara” hitmaker candidly discussed his relationship status, revealing that he has not been fortunate in matters of love.
“I am single,” he stated plainly, adding, “I am not married. I don’t know. I’m growing older and I don’t know if I will get married. I don’t know.”
When asked about the reasons behind his single status, Jimmy Gait expressed uncertainty, suggesting that perhaps he hasn’t been lucky in the realm of love.

“A man wants peace at home, but most of these beautiful women don’t give you peace at home,” he said.
The singer also addressed societal expectations and the pressures faced by men in relationships.
He criticized the materialistic mindset and urged women to be more understanding and compassionate towards their partners’ financial situations.
“A woman that doesn’t understand that and plays along with that then will give the man a lot of pressure. The man of course is supposed to go out of his way however it’s also important to be considerate.
