Yes, I left! Size 8 and DJ Mo speak out

Gospel singer Linet Munyali alias Size 8 Reborn has confirmed that she indeed left her matrimonial home

Speaking on their YouTube channel in a live session, Size 8 says she was very angry at DJ Mo who had erred against her.

“I ran, I just needed some space to breathe and talk to God because I believe when my emotions are so high and we are under the same roof, we will talk angrily at each other or even treat each other badly. So I had to go and I left,” she says.

Adding that they wondered how the media got wind of their ‘separation’.

DJ Mo notes, “When I went home around 10-11 pm, I found the house empty. But one thing we know for sure is that we knew no one knew.”

Putting a disclaimer that she never left her matrimonial home due to a small issue, the Mateke hitmaker adds, “It was not for a small reason and it was for something Mo did.”

The celebrity couple did not disclose what the issue was.

On his part, DJ Mo also accepted that he made a mistake and apologized to Size 8 adding that they sat down and resolved the matter with the men of God.

“We came up with a biblical conclusion and understanding and now we are reconciled back to the marriage because of the grace and mercies of God.”

Noting that every couple goes through the same challenges, Size 8 explained that the children were greatly affected.

Her daughter kept asking her when they would go back home.

Late last week, Nairobi News broke the news that Size 8 had left her matrimonial home. During her weekend sermon she intimated that mothers-in-law’s interfering with marriages fuel break-ups.

“If you’re a mother, don’t love your son too much to the extent of hurting his woman. Don’t put this child ahead of your love for God. If you have a spouse, don’t love them more than you love God,” she said a day after.
