Nine days ago, he had his doctor’s consultation where it was found that he needed to get rid of 73.1% of the body fat he had via the gastric balloon procedure.
“I’m so excited for this journey because losing weight is not easy. I’m one person who, if you tell me to go to the gym, ill just look at you and ask you ‘Me? I go to the gym?’
I’ll go and come back in the evening and eat properly, even four times more because I feel that my energy is gone and I need to recharge. That is why I’m adding the gastric balloon because me and eating – I eat very well!” said Kinuthia.
