Qatar Airways launch exclusive privilege club collection platform

Qatar Airways Privilege Club has elevated its loyalty program with the introduction of the innovative Privilege Club Collection platform, extending exclusive access to unique events and experiences to all its members.

This new platform aims to redefine how members utilize their Avios, offering thrilling opportunities through curated packages.

The Privilege Club Collection platform allows members to bid for exclusive experiences, including coveted VIP tickets at The O2 arena for concerts featuring legendary artists such as Depeche Mode, John Mayer, Liam Gallagher, and The Jonas Brothers.

Additionally, members can bid for VIP and pitch-side tickets to Paris Saint-Germain matches, signed jerseys, and other enticing packages.

Qatar Airways Group Chief Executive Officer, Engr. Badr Mohammed Al-Meer, expressed the airline’s vision for Privilege Club, stating:

“Our vision for Privilege Club is to build a loyalty proposition which offers value and inspires our members.

In the last year, Privilege Club has seen the adoption of Avios, and the establishment of global partnerships with leading banks and hotels.

The latest evolution of our member-centric approach is the Privilege Club Collection, which not only boosts Avios’ spending opportunities but also offers exceptional once-in-a-lifetime experiences.”

Members are given the flexibility to amplify their Avios balance by purchasing them directly through the platform.

In December, 2023 Qatar Airways also unveiled a cutting-edge in-house application designed to empower its Cabin Crew and elevate the passenger experience to unprecedented heights.

The pioneering initiative is to enable Cabin Crew members to access passengers’ profiles, including privilege club members and one world members, along with special service requests and preferences, ensuring a more personalized and integrated journey with the award-winning airline.

The application also serves as a powerful tool for Cabin Crew training, offering access to up-to-date digital training materials, enhancing their skills and knowledge.
